Here's why you should brush your skin...
Hey there!
This week, we are talking about dry skin brushing.
It's a super simple way to get rid of dead skin cells and exfoliate your skin. It also helps stimulate blood flow and lymphatic drainage, which can help reduce inflammation and improve overall health.
So how do you do it?
First, make sure you are using the right tool—a natural bristle brush is best because it won't irritate your skin like synthetic bristles might. We recommend using one with a long handle so it's easy to hold while you work. Then, start from the feet and work your way up the body. Use wide, circular, clockwise motions. Use lighter pressure in thinner areas of the body and heavier pressure in thicker areas of the body, like the soles of your feet. After you've finished brushing, use warm water to cleanse any skin flakes off of your face and apply moisturizer as needed!
Enjoy!Maria
