Exercise Your Way to a Clear, Bright Complexion

As an Esthetician, one of the most important things I recommend to my clients for healthy and radiant skin is exercise.

Frequent exercise increases blood flow throughout your entire body, which can help prevent clogged pores, allowing you to sweat out toxins. Not only can regular exercise improve circulation and give your skin a brighter appearance, it can also help reduce your overall stress levels. Stress triggers excess oil on the skin, leading to breakouts.

And don’t be intimidated by the word exercise. It doesn’t have to be anything intense; a light workout or even a 30 minute walk will make all the difference. New year, new you?
