Drink water (it’s good for you)

Would you ever stop watering a plant? No, of course not. A plant needs water to survive.

Would you ever drive your car with no oil in the engine? Again, no.

Your skin is like a plant or engine. No matter what products you use, your cells still need hydration to nourish them, and the only way to do that is to drink water.

Drinking water has many benefits for your skin, including:

•Preventing blackheads

•Reducing redness

•Improving skin tone

•Make your skin look and feel more plump and hydrated

When you hydrate your body, you nourish your skin cells which is how we maintain better elasticity, which helps reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

Water supports healthy skin, acting as a barrier against harmful substances and bacteria. This can help prevent a variety of skin problems, including acne and other inflammatory conditions like rosacea.

Drinking plenty of water helps flush toxins and impurities from your body and improves blood flow to your skin, resulting in a healthier and more radiant complexion.

Here are some tips to stay hydrated throughout the day:

•Add a pinch of salt or electrolytes to your water for better retention

•Keep a water bottle with you at all times so you can refill it easily

•Eat fruits and vegetables, which are high in water content

•Avoid sugary drinks, which can dehydrate you

Treat your skin right, inside-out, and I promise you’ll see and feel the difference almost immediately. Not to mention, it helps tremendously with bloat!

Till next week!
